Or, "Where's my Zen Garden?"

It's a design site that challenges visitors to submit page designs using valid CSS. One of the things that slowed me down when I began moving to style sheets was the relative dearth of visually interesting sites to learn from. ZG is a great site in that regard, since each page is using the same HTML. It's taken me no small amount of unlearning, but sites like this help.

And even more importantly, there are some really striking sites. Part of Dave Shea's aim here is to provide a showcase for more than technical expertise. Says Dave, "There is clearly a need for CSS to be taken seriously by graphic artists. The Zen Garden aims to excite, inspire, and encourage participation."
